POLICE have issued a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a burglary, theft and criminal damage in Belbroughton.

A series of offences happened at units at a commercial premises in Quantry Lane on Tuesday May 6, between 8.45pm and 9.30pm.

The offenders forced entry to a storage unit and stole 50 litres of red diesel along with an angle grinder and damaged a van and a car.

A quantity of designer clothes were stolen from the car, including a Ducati jacket, a number of Hugo Boss shirts, Yamamoto trainers, Tag Heuer sunglasses, worth a total of £1,600, plus a grey iPad Air worth £650 and a black leather iPad Air case worth £90.

The offenders are believed to have been using a grey Ford Mondeo, which had been stolen during a burglary in Shirley, near Solihull, in November.

The vehicle was recovered in Charmwood Road, Frankley, in the early hours of Friday May 9, after failing to stop for police. The occupants ran off after driving up an alleyway and colliding with another vehicle and a fence.
