THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between November 17 and 21:

Scott Thomas Gillard, aged 21, of Charlton Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £220 for drink driving in Netherton on November 1. When tested he had 51mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and £85 court costs.

Lee David Chance, aged 28, of Grange Lane, Stourbridge, was fined £115 for drink driving in Dudley on November 1. When tested he had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit it 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Maximillian Kingsley Colley, aged 21, of Iverley Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for resisting a police officer in the execution of her duty and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, in Halesowen on November 1. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Peter Daniel Stanislaus, aged 45, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and fined £50 for possessing cocaine and cannabis in Dudley on October 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Jason George Whitehouse, aged 44, of Beeches Road, Blackheath, was fined £265 for drink driving in Halesowen on November 1. When tested he had 63mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £27 and £85 court costs.

Conrad Rickardo Wilson, aged 22, of Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, was fined £80 for possessing cannabis in Dudley on September 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Stephen James Price, aged 22, of St John’s Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for obstructing a police officer in the execution of her duty and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, in Halesowen, on November 1. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Rhys Perry Browning, aged 20, of Quinton Road West, Quinton, was given a 12 month community order for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving without a licence or insurance in Stourbridge on September 21. He was also sentenced for failing to stop when required to do so by a police officer. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Ethan Christopher Westwood, aged 24, of Pheasant Street, Brockmoor, was fined £275 for drink driving in Stourbridge on October 25. When tested, he had 75mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £28 and £85 court costs.

Michael Charles McDermott, aged 46, of Overfield Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 26 weeks, for stealing perfumes, worth £114, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on October 9 and hair curlers, worth £119.99, from Superdrug, Brierley Hill on November 7 and hair straightners, worth £44.99, from Superdrug, Dudley, on November 9, while subject to a conditional discharge and suspended sentence.

Adrian Keith Chater, aged 58, of Hagley Road, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for driving whilst disqualified, without insurance or a MOT certificate, and failing to provide a specimen for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Halesowen on October 14, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a two month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and6am. He was disqualified from driving for five years, fined £110, and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Sarah Jayne Plowman, aged 31, of Long Innage, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 22 weeks for assaulting two police officers in Stourbridge on August 2, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Gavin Richard Green, aged 43, of Newbridge Road, Wall Heath, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a man and a police officer and causing £1,150 worth of damage to property in Wall Heath on June 27. He must pay compensation of £950, a victim surcharge of £80 and £650 court costs.

Kevin William Jones, aged 36, of Dingle View, Sedgley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for drink driving and possessing cannabis in Coseley, on September 1. When tested he had 110mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of urine. The legal limit is 107mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Ian Donovan Taylor, aged 36, of Milton Close, Amblecote, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing an Armani box set, worth £57.50, from Boots, Dudley, on October 16. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Aaron Edward Price, aged 29, of Thorns Avenue, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for 24 weeks, for stealing two handbags and contents in Brierley Hill on October 13 and 15 and attempting to steal a handbag in Brierley Hill on October 15. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Michelle Alexandra Sykes, aged 34, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £279.19, from stores in Wordsley, Dudley and Sedgley, between October 9 and 19. She was given a two week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 10pm and 9am. She must pay compensation of £279.19, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
