THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between January 19 and 23:

Jessica Megan Mason, aged 27, of Claycroft Place, Lye, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing DVDs, worth £138.89, from BHS, Brierley Hill, on December 30, 2014, while subject to a conditional discharge. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Jordan Thomas, aged 20, of Bourne Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing fragrances, worth £48, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, between December 19 and 22, 2014. He must pay compensation of £46 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Mike Metembie, aged 22, of Claycroft Place, Lye, was fined £55 for causing £35 worth of damage to a vehicle in Stourbridge, on December 27, 2014. He must pay compensation of £35, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ben Walter Grice, aged 28, of Castle Mill Road, Priory, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a police officer and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention of causing a person to believe that violence would be used against them, in Dudley on November 23, 2014. He must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

James Robert Rowley, aged 24, of Minehead Road, Russells Hall, must pay £300 compensation after assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill, on October 3, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Lisa Marie Sutton, aged 30, of Brierley Hill Road, Wordsley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Pensnett on May 30, 2014. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £65 court costs.

Jeremy Charles Trinham, aged 41, of Hagley Road, Stourbridge, was given an eight week community order for drink driving in Stourbridge on November 19, 2014. When tested, he had 98mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration, must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Daniela Jayne Brookes, aged 41, of Mayfield Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 10 weeks for stealing items, worth £472.63, from stores in Dudley and Stourbridge, between January 4 and 18. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Jordan Isaac Mears, aged 24, of Lower Derry Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for possessing a hammer in Brierley Hill on November 27, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Keith Anthony Lees, aged 36, of Lodge Crescent, Netherton, was fined £300 for drink driving in Halesowen on December 12, 2014. When tested, he had 84mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Yasar Tahir, aged 18, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was fined £70 for resisting a police officer in the execution of duty, in Dudley, on January 2. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

James Lee Power, aged 26, of Badsey Road, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for stealing items worth £399.93, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on January 16 and 20, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Terence Neal Eynon, aged 69, of Greenfields Road, Kingswinford, was fined £200 for drink driving in Kingswinford on January 3. When tested he had 89mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 42months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Tracey Michelle Rowley, aged 34, of Vicarage Road, Lye, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing items, worth £131.50, from stores in Stourbridge and Dudley between August 31 and December 30, 2014. She must pay compensation of £131.50 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Stuart Neil Williams, aged 35, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was given a 12 month community order for interfering with a motor vehicle and stealing a sat nav, worth £80, in Dudley on November 16, 2014 and stealing chocolate from Poundland, Brierley Hill, on November 21, 2014. He was given a 28 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £7, a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Filipe Miguel Guerreiro Vaz, aged 30, of King Street, Dudley, was fined £146 for possessing cannabis and driving without insurance in Halesowen on November 25, 2014. He was given six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Anthony Christopher Hyde, aged 31, of Cypress Road, Kates Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a police officer in Lye on June 30, 2014. He was also sentenced for assaulting a woman in Lye on June 29 and 30, 2014. He must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £60 and £300 court costs.

Farzand Ali, aged 60, of Cross Walks Road, Lye, was fined £100 for driving without due care and attention in Stourbridge on April 19, 2014. He was given four penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £500 court costs.

Ruth Dunnaway, aged 38, of Mount Road, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for eight weeks for stealing toiletries, worth £92, from Pound World, Brierley Hill, on January 22. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Roy George Brough, aged 34, of Wrens Hill Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a bracelet, worth £495, in Dudley on November 17, 2014. He must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £60 and £40 court costs.

Marie Melissa Davies, aged 30, of Oak Lane, Kingswinford, was fined £123 for stealing items, worth £322.54, from Asda, Great Bridge, on December 12, 2014 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on January 12, having been released on bail. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jodie Dawn Louise Westwood, aged 31, of Wrens Hill Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a bracelet, worth £495, in Dudley on November 17, 2014, while subject to a conditional discharge. She must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £60 and £40 court costs.
