CALA Homes is set to unveil new showhomes this Saturday (January 31) at its Wychbury Fields development which will change the face of Hagley.

Being built on 30 acres of land previously owned by Lord Cobham, the development will comprise 175 two, three, four and five bedroom homes when complete.

Unprecedented interest in the Kidderminster Road housing scheme saw the first homes released in the first phase of the project snapped up before Christmas - and the remaining plots will be showcased with the launch of the new show homes this weekend.

Robert Monkman, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes Midlands, said: “We have designed a high quality scheme, which is traditional in design, sensitive to its village location and has a broad appeal - proven by the speed at which our first phase of properties sold out."

The first residents are expected to be able to move in from April.

Phase two of the development is expected to launch in June and the entire scheme is set to be finalised in 2017.
