BOROUGH residents who call the council's repairs centre can expect a first class service after it scored highly in an annual inspection.
The Directorate of audit, community and housing services manages around 24,000 council owned properties which use the Brierley Hill based call centre to register any repairs needed. The complex deals with 400,000 calls a year.
The inspections sees a one-day probe take place every year and a full two-day audit carried out every three years
