THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between July 27 and 31:

Dennis Keith Bull, aged 57, of Wassell Road, Wollescote, was fined £110 for drink driving in Lye on July 11. When tested, he had 40mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £235 court costs.

Emma Morgan, aged 24, of Duncan Edwards Close, Dudley, was fined £265 for being drunk and disorderly in Dudley and assaulting a police officer in Brierley Hill on July 11. She must pay compensation of £100 and £235 court costs.

Bradley Ostins, aged 36, of New Street, Quarry Bank, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £500 worth of damage to windows in Cradley on July 13. He must pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Michael John Fisher, aged 26, of Lodge Crescent, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Netherton on July 20, 2014. He must carry out 150 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £620 court costs.

Jordan Riaz, aged 20, of Foxglove Road, Wrens Nest, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months for causing £500 worth of damage to a car and window pane in Dudley and possessing a knuckle duster at Russells Hall Hospital on February 8. He was also sentenced for committing arson and damaging a window in Dudley on February 8 and taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner in Brierley Hill on June 28 and driving without a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must carry out 250 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Andrew Terence Twist, aged 34, of Leys Crescent, Brockmoor, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for possessing crack cocaine and diamorphine in Brierley Hill on May 11. He was also sentenced for driving without due care and attention, a licence or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and was fined £183. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Josh Samuel Green, aged 23, of Long Lane, Halesowen, was fined £100 for causing £80 worth of damage to a window at the Tavern in the Town pub, Dudley, on June 6. He must pay compensation of £80, a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

John Michael Newey, aged 34, of Wynall Lane, Wollescote, was discharged conditionally for 10 months for stealing two alloy ornamental horses in Halesowen on May 24. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £180 court costs.

Vanessa Mary Collett, aged 58, of Manor Abbey Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a man in Halesowen on June 19. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £150 court costs.

James Robert McEwan, aged 35, of Stourbridge Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for two years for breaching a non-molestation order on July 12 and 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £265 court costs.

Michelle Alexandra Sykes, aged 35, of Dunns Bank, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for 30 weeks for stealing items, worth £1,930.30, from shops in Brierley Hill, Wollaston and Wall Heath between July 8 and 18. She must pay compensation of £1,225.15, a victim surcharge of £80 and £180 court costs.

Stephen Christopher Barley, aged 42, of New Farm Road, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 20 weeks for stealing items worth £139, from shops in Stourbridge on April 13 and May 20. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on June 12, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Mark Anthony Waldron, aged 49, of Cooper Avenue, Brockmoor, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on June 6. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

James Nathan Baggott, aged 30, of Wellington Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for breaching a restraining order between November 1, 2014 and June 2 this year. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £180 court costs.

Christan Hems, aged 43, of Harrison Road, Wordsley, was fined £150 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on May 30. When tested, he had124mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Jodi May Hamilton, aged 37, of Cradley Park Road, Netherton, was fined £100 for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on March 15. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £250 court costs.

Dale Martin Mansell, aged 34, of Priory Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for stealing washing products, worth £10.50, from the 99p Store, Dudley, on July 30. He must pay compensation of £10.50, a victim surcharge of £80 and £235 court costs.

John Hathaway, aged 31, of Brooklands, Wordsley, was sent to prison for 26 weeks for stealing joints of beef, worth £50.34, from Asda, Merry Hill, on July 6, while subject to a community order and a conditional discharge. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 20, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.
