PUPILS at a Kinver school journeyed back in time to experience life as Saxons and Vikings.
Battle cries were heard from year three children and staff as they invaded Brindley Heath Junior School, Enville Road The day was held so the kids could experience life at the time as a Saxon or Viking.
A historic group visited the school which put on activities throughout the day to give an insight and they told stories of how invaders settled on our shores.
