A ROBBER escaped in his victim's car after threatening him with a gun during an incident in Lye.
Police are appealing for information about the robbery which took place in the High Street on Friday June 15 at around 3.15pm.
A 37-year-old man was approached by the offender outside Lloyds TSB who threatened him as he got back into his car.
The victim managed to disarm the offender after a struggle but the offender escaped in the victim's vehicle, a silver coloured Honda Accord, registration KN51ECX.
The offender is described as white, of a slim build, between 5ft 11in and 6ft tall, with a long thin face, on which was a drawn on moustache and beard.
He was wearing a black or grey hoodie, with a scarf over his face.
Police warned the public not to approach the man, anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact CID at Stourbridge police station on 0845 113 5000 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
