THE 20-year-old accused of murdering a father-of-two outside a Brierley Hill takeaway has appeared in court.
Mansoor Mahmood, aged 24, of Brierley Hill, died in hospital after he was stabbed in the stomach outside Dixi Chicken in High Street on October 15 last year.
Police arrested suspect Niron Parker-Lee from an address in Northfield just after 4.30pm on Friday, August 31.
Parker-Lee, of no fixed address, was later charged with Mr Mahmood's murder and appeared before Birmingham Crown Court today (Tuesday, September 5).
He did not enter a plea.
Parker-Lee was remanded in custody until October 2, when a plea and case management hearing will take place.
