A BEAUTY salon in Oldswinford is truly made up after being rated five-star by industry experts.
Scratch Nail and Beauty Salon, on Hagley Road, has been awarded five stars by the Good Salon Guide.
The rating reflected the salon's treatments - ranging from nail art to anti-ageing facials - plus staff performance and customer experience.
Salon owner Chantal Welvaert said: "Being a member of the Good Beauty Guide shows we are a fantastic salon in every way.
"It’s great not only for our clients, but for our team to know the salon has reached such high standard.
"I love the buzz it gives me every day and our team work so hard together to give all the clients a VIP service. I feel lucky to be a part of such an amazing place."
Established in 1993, The Good Salon Guide is the only independent, nationwide scheme for evaluating the quality of the staff and customer experience in the beauty industry.
