A 27-year-old Stourbridge taxi firm administrator has denied raping a woman in the area seven years ago.
Nasar Mohammed of Barns Close was remanded on bail for trial by Judge Jonathan Gosling at Wolverhampton Crown Court today (Thursday September 3).
Mohammed pleaded not guilty to the charge of rape alleged to have been committed in October 2002.
The Judge told Mohammed who had been living in the London area as part of his bail conditions that his trial was scheduled to start on February 8 next year.
Mohammed was allowed bail with conditions including the surrender of his passport, the provision of a surety and a curfew between the hours of 9pm and 7am.
