AN crowd of around 5,000 people braved damp conditions for a bumper Bank Holiday event in Stourbridge.
The 2012 Party in The Park, on May 7 in Mary Stevens Park, Norton, proved a treat for pop lovers with a strong music line up including a performance from 90s hit boy band 911.
Other music sensations to entertain the crowds included Worlds Apart singer Aaron Paul and rising Stourbridge star Kyra Burrows.
Family entertainment included a visit from Peppa Pig, historical re-enactments, professional wrestling and a funfair however visit from Roary the Racing Car was cancelled after his vehicle broke down on the way to the event.
Coming soon - An exclusive Base Sessions video special featuring an interview with 911 recorded at Party in The Park 2012.
