THREE artistic aviation enthusiasts are showcasing their talents at an exhibition at Dudley Art Gallery.
Gary Tilyard, aged 54, from Lower Gornal, David Cook, aged 56, from Sedgley and 50 year-old Peter Maxwell from Cannock are showing a total of 25 pictures, including oil paintings, watercolours and sketches of various leisure and historic aircraft.
The trio of friends, who are all part of the Guild of Aviation Artists, have captured Spitfires, jets, Typhoons, the Red Arrows, a Hurricane and sea plane on canvas.
Gary, a self-employed sign writer, said: “This is the first time we have shown our work together, but we have had some really good comments from visitors.”
