STOURBRIDGE band Ned's Atomic Dustbin are bringing a snapshot of their early days up to date with a new DVD.
The indie heroes who cracked the charts with a top 20 single and a top five album are re-releasing a film about their rise to fame.
The movie, called Nothing is Cool, came out on VHS in 1991 and takes a behind-the scenes look at life on the road with the Neds including plenty of footage of the band in action.
Nothing is Cool knocked the Eurythmics from the top of the video charts and provides a snapshot of an era when musicians crafted success for themselves, rather than seeking celebrity on TV talent shows.
Much of the live music in the video was filmed at Wolverhampton Civic Hall and the band will be back at the same venue on Saturday December 1 for a gig to mark the film's re-release.
During the show, Ned fans will see the band play all the tracks from the movie's soundtrack and Nothing is Cool will be shown in its entirety after the gig.
