Brierley Hill man charged with making more than 28,000 child porn pictures

A BRIERLEY Hill man has appeared in court charged with making more than 28,000 indecent images of children.

David Hornbuckle, aged 52, from Church Hill, was charged with a total of 14 offences, including possession of extreme pornographic images and grossly offensive images portraying acts likely to result in injury or loss of life.

Magistrates at Dudley granted Hornbuckle conditional bail to appear at Crown Court on Monday October 15.

Hornbuckle was ordered not to have any contact with persons under the age of 16, not to access the internet and to hand over, on demand, for inspection any device in his possession which could be used to access the internet.
