Elvis discos return to Stourbridge

FANS of the King can put on their blue suede shoes for a night of rock ‘n’ roll in Stourbridge which will once again be hosting Elvis Presley discos.

The Stourbridge branch of the Official Elvis Presley Fan Club will be holding an Elvis disco at The Mitre, Lower High Street, Stourbridge, on Saturday September 29, starting at 7.30pm.

Branch leader Vince Wright said: “It’s been a while since we last had Elvis discos here and it will be great to get the familiar faces back from the Stewponey and Amblecote War Memorial days.

“We are going to have such a night.”

Admission is £3 on the door. Proceeds will go to the Midlands Air Ambulance.
