STOURBRIDGE residents looking to keep in shape over the winter months will now benefit from the opening of a new pilates studio.

After outgrowing her old Amblecote premises, owner Becky Thijm is opening her new Everybody Pilates Stourbridge studio in the town centre.

The studio, based on the 2nd Floor of 124 High Street, will host an open day on Saturday (October 31) for residents to meet the staff, check out the equipment, watch demonstrations, as well as have a drink and a cake.

Becky said: “I currently run a pilates studio in Amblecote but have outgrown my premises, hence the move.

“I will be employing more teachers to support our clients which include people of all ages, genders and fitness levels.

“We will be the biggest pilates studio in the Midlands and the only classical studio offering classes and private sessions on the mat as well as large pilates equipment, so come and see what we're all about.”

For more information about the open day, which takes place between 9am and 5pm, or to book a session at the studio, call Becky on 07714 780048, or email beckythijm@everybodypilates.co.uk
