A MAN was taken to hospital after he and two dogs were hit by a car in Brierley Hill last night (Thursday).
An ambulance and community paramedic were called at around 7.15pm to reports of a car hitting a pedestrian on Amblecote Road near the Roebuck pub.
The man was taken to Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley suffering from back pain and a leg injury.
It is not known what happened to the dogs.
West Midlands Police also attended the scene and confirmed the man's injuries were "non life-threatening" but a spokesman said: "We don't have the resources to chase what happened to dogs."
