BIG-HEARTED Brierley Hill swimmers have handed over a £600 donation to help children battling cancer.

Members of Brierley Hill Swimming Club, which meets at Dudley Leisure Centre, raised the money for the Little Princess Trust through their annual sponsored swim.

Little Princess Trust local fundraiser Lindy Humphrey was presented with a cheque by Phil Steven, swimming club treasurer, and young club members who took part in the sponsored fundraiser.

Mr Steven said: "It was a great success with many swimmers taking part and raising funds."

The money will be used to buy real hair wigs for children who have lost their hair during cancer treatment.
