‘History on our Doorstep’ will be the topic for Heather Flack at the meeting on Wednesday, October 16.
The talk by the local historian and author (as Fenella Flack) looks at the evidence that exists all around us simply because people have lived along our roads and in our villages for hundreds of years.
Highlighting local studies, it will offer pointers and clues for further information through our environment.
The meeting starts at 7.30pm at Chaddesley Village Hall opposite the entrance to Brockencote Hotel on the main Kidderminster to Bromsgrove road. Parking is free.
Everyone will be welcome.
Admission for members is £2.50, and £3.50 for non-members. For more details, contact Rob Blakeway on 01562 777679.
