EVENT management company Top Banana put the skids under some of its employees by coercing them into a tandem skydive jump.
Seven staff members from the firm, based at Broome near Stourbridge, put their hands into their own pocket to brave the skies for a good cause.
The hair-raising stunt was part of a drive to raise money for the company's chosen charity - Cancer Research UK.
Last year Top Banana raised more than £6,000 from a number of charity events and bosses hope to beat that total this time around.
The skydive, which took place at Hinton in Oxfordshire, raised over £4,000 alone.
Even MD and co-director Nick Terry, from Norton, joined in on the act but admitted: "There were a few nervous faces when the door opened and the reality of what we were about to do hit home."
