STOURBRIDGE folk can work off their Christmas excess by taking part in a high-tech treasure hunt around the Clent Hills.
The new geocache trail, at the National Trust site, is a treasure hunt for the digital generation which is designed to take people to new places.
It can involve the whole family who need to be armed with either a smart phone or handhelp GPS, together with a sense of fun.
The objective is to discover a small waterproof hidden treasure box, which can be found by using coordinates downloaded for free from www.geocaching.com
There are eight geocaches in total and anyone who wants to search for them, should simply create a profile and search on the website for geocaches hidden by NTClentHills and put the coordinates into the phone.
Organises anticipate it should take around two hours to find all eight geocaches.
