STUDENTS at Hagley Catholic Sixth Form have achieved yet another set of outstanding A-level results.
More than 93 per cent of students secured three passes at grades A* to E - and all sixth formers at the school have gained qualifications to move into higher education.
Almost half of all A-level grades scored were top level at A* to B grades; over a massive 46 per cent - the highest ever in the school’s history, and the school saw an 8.9 per cent increase in the number of A* and A grades awarded.
Headteacher Ted Hammond said: “It is phenomenal that nearly half of our A-level entries were awarded the highest grades - A* to B.
"Equally impressive is that the number of A* grades alone has increased to six per cent of all grades. Every single one of our students has what he or she needs to continue in Higher Education; a fantastic achievement."
