STAFFORDSHIRE Police are warning Kinver residents to be vigilant after an shed break in.
Police received a report of someone having entered a shed in the back garden of a property in Enville Road between Wednesday January 31 and Saturday February 3.
Offenders managed to gain entry to the shed but are believed to have been spooked by a shed alarm fitted by the owner.
Nothing was taken.
Alexandra Rathbone, Police Community Support Officer, said: “We urge all residents in the area to check their outbuildings and ensure they are safe and secure.”
