TELEVISION personality Nick Owen is set to start the new Two Villages 10K run next month.
The BBC Midlands Today presenter, who lives in Kinver, will officially send runners on their way when the annual Kinver Rotary Club race takes place on Sunday, October 4.
There'll be an added bonus for those runners who triumph in the six categories up for grabs as former Wolves football legend Steve Bull will later be presenting them with their prizes.
The race, which this year starts in the scenic surroundings of Enville Hall, will take on a new look this time with runners tackling off-road terrain in addition to the traditional lanes around Kinver and Enville.
Money raised from the event, which will also include a 2K fun run, will go to Dudley's Action Heart charity.
Entry forms are available on the Action Heart website http://www.actionheartrunning.com/
