ELDERLY Kinver folk can look forward to receiving their Christmas vouchers on Friday, December 4.
The vouchers are being distributed by Kinver Old People's Welfare and are available to men over 65 and women of 60 and over who live within the parish and pay a portion of their council tax to the Kinver Parish Council.
Vouchers will be available at Kinver Senior Citizens Rooms from 9.30am until 1.30pm.
Anyone wishing to obtain vouchers must bring a utility bill showing their address and proof of where they pay their council tax.
The vouchers can only be spent in Kinver shops who participate in the scheme.
Much of the money which funds the vouchers has been provided by The Ken Wrigley Memorial Charity, while other contributions have come through the Monday Bingo Club, Kinver Darts League and Kinver Senior Activities.
More details about the vouchers are available by contacting Margaret Rogers on 01384 872073.
