A MAN was taken to hospital with serious stab wounds after an incident in Lye yesterday morning (Sunday July 14).
Police were called to Crabbe Street at 8.55am following reports that a man in his 40s had been injured.
Paramedics took the man to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham for treatment.
His injuries were not life threatening.
No arrests have been made but anyone who witnessed the incident should call police on the non-emegency number 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
