A SUSPECTED drug dealer was set to appear in court today (Thursday September 26) after police scuppered an alleged street deal.
Keyon Holgate was due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court to hear accusations he tried dealing heroin on a street corner in Lye on Tuesday (September 24).
Patrol officers from Dudley Local Policing Unit arrested the 21-year-old near the junction of Crabbe Street and Crosswalks Road and later charged him with possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
Holgate, from Abbey Street North in Hockley, Birmingham, also faces charges of dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
