The chairman, Joyce Knotts, welcomed members to the November meeting, thanking them for braving the rain.
The secretary, Margaret Brooks and the treasurer, Rosemary Bell gave their monthly reports.

Details of the Mayor’s charity cheese and wine evening on 28 November, and the coffee morning on 14 December, both to be held in the Mayor’s parlour were given as well as the Civic carol service on 20 December in Coseley church.
Luncheon club members were meeting at Stourbridge rugby club on 27 November.

Although the weather has not been good, at least two short walks have been taken recently by the rambling group.
A photograph of the chairman receiving a bouquet of flowers for her 90th birthday has been sent to The Townswoman, and we hope this will be published.
A reminder of the Federation carol service was given.
This will be held on 8 December at St Thomas's church at 2.15pm, and friends will be welcome.

The main item was an illustrated talk on Wildlife in the Garden, given by Rosemary Winnall.
The photography was superb with close-ups of the garden’s inhabitants.
Raffle prizes were won by Sheila Macklin and Helen Greenway. The next meeting will be the Christmas party on 10 December, and the committee will provide the supper at a cost of £2 per member.

There will be a Christmas bring and buy sales table.
