TWO lucky residents from Norton in Stourbridge who play People’s Postcode Lottery have staved off the Monday blues after winning £1,000 each in the Daily Prize draw.
Poplar Crescent residents Christine Robinson and Christine Leonard have been named as winners in today’s Daily Prize draw (Monday January 11) after their postcode DY8 3BA was drawn.
Prize money of £1,000 each will now be paid directly into their bank accounts.
Players of the People’s Postcode Lottery play with their postcodes and have chance to win prizes every weekday.
Five winning postcodes are announced each day from Monday to Friday for the Daily Prize - and each winning ticket is worth £1,000.
So far players of the lottery have raised £99.6 million for UK and overseas charities as 55p from every £2 ticket goes to good causes.
