WALKING football and buggy walks are two of the activities keeping people fit and healthy at Stourbridge's Mary Stevens Park.
The Dudley Council run activities, which are free of charge, are being held as part of the ‘let’s get’ campaign and are available to people of all ages and abilities.
Walking football runs every Saturday at 11.15am and offers an alternative to regular football for people who love the game but are unable to run.
While parents, carers and grandparents can enjoy a led buggy walk, with a stay and play session for babies and toddlers afterwards, every Wednesday and Friday at 11am.
Councillor Rachel Harris, cabinet member for health and wellbeing, said: “We run a wide range of activities in our parks to encourage people to be active whilst making the most of the great outdoors.
“I would encourage people to come down to the park and try the walking football and buggy fit sessions.”
