STOURBRIDGE property developer Mark Stewardson has pulled off another top industry award by being named Landlord of the Year.
Mark, aged 46, who runs Cradley Heath-based Stewardson Developments Ltd with older brother Philip, aged 49, has scooped the award for the fourth year running at the annual Landlord and Letting Awards.
The pair, whose firm is one of the largest property buying companies in the West Midlands, were presented with the prize by celebrity television builder Tommy Walsh at a gala dinner in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
Mark said: "We are delighted to receive this award for the fourth year running, we have a great team and everyone has played a part in the business’ success.
The awards recognise excellence and contribute to raising standards in the private rented section.
Founded in 1996, Stewardson Developments currently owns 122 properties across the West Midlands - many of which are in Stourbridge, Halesowen and Quinton.
