CHARITY champion Irene Evans will be staging another of her Christmas markets at Stourbridge's River Rooms in Mill Race Lane this Sunday (December 14).
It's the second time Irene has organised the market with this year's proceeds going towards the neo natal unit at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley.
There will be a host of attractions at the market, which runs from 10am until 4pm, including a belly dancing display, martial arts, a performance from Peters Hill School Choir, bouncy castle, climbing frame, tombola and raffle plus music from The 'Bridge radio station.
Last year Irene, a former care home worker from Penfields, raised funds for Stourbridge charity Love2Give which helps sick children.
She said: "I like to do a few fundraising events and then move onto another charity. I absolutely love doing it, although it can be hard work obtaining raffle prizes.
"We had a few teething problems with last year's market because of the rain, but this time we've hired a marquee so there'll be events inside and out."
