COLOURFUL former Conservative minister Edwina Currie will be guest speaker at a charity fundraising dinner for Mary Stevens Hospice in March.
The dinner takes place at the Granary Restaurant, near Kidderminster, on Tuesday March 10.
Since leaving politics, Edwina Currie has carved herself several careers in broadcasting, writing and as a television personality by featuring on such popular programmes such as 'Cash in the Attic', Eggheads and Strictly Come Dancing.
Event organiser Sue Williams said: "We are all looking forward to hearing Edwina talk about her time in politics and her career now as a broadcaster and writer."
Edwina will be signing and selling copies of her latest book on the night.
