CHILDREN of all ages are being invited to take part in fun and games at Stourbridge’s Crystal Leisure Centre during May half-term.

A host of activities are being held at the Bell Street centre from Monday May 25 to Sunday May 31, including trampolining, gymnastics, swimming and a water disco.

Other activities on offer at the Dudley Council owned facility include flexible fun gym and play for the under fives, as well as soft play for older children.

The swimming pool, complete with slides, waves, bubble seat and rapids, is open every day, while the water disco will take place on Friday May 30 from 6.30pm to 9pm.

John Millar, acting strategic director for environment, economy and housing, said: “We offer a wide range of activities in our parks, leisure centres, nature reserves, museums and libraries to help keep children active and occupied during the school holidays.

“As part of our let’s get campaign we’re encouraging everyone in Dudley to be physically active and these sessions at Crystal Leisure offer youngsters the perfect chance to take on exercise whilst having fun.”
