DUE to increased demand for pilates in Stourbridge, an additional time slot for the popular class has been arranged at the Crystal Leisure Centre.
The class, taking place weekly at the council owned facility, is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
Councillor Rachel Harris, cabinet member for health and wellbeing, said: “Pilates is a great way to introduce yourself to toning exercise and helps to work both mind and body.”
Hour-long sessions will run from 1.30pm, starting on Thursday, September 10, costing £5 per person with a 50 per cent discount available to Options+ leisure discount card holders.
