WITH the news that sales of vinyl records is on the up, two music lovers are helping Stourbridge folk get with the trend.

After turntables were named as the highest selling piece of music tech for one major online retailer this Christmas, Kiki and Henry are returning to the historic Talbot Hotel in Stourbridge’s High Street for their first Record Fair of 2016.

The pair will be in the town on Saturday, January 30, where several traders will have rare, interesting and classic vinyl records for sale.

Kiki, otherwise known as Maria Kaye, said: “Now is a better time than ever to start your vinyl collection, or dust off those treasured LPs and singles.

“For some of us, records never went away, but it's exciting to see a new generation of younger people turning their back on downloading and discovering the joy of music on vinyl.

“As ever you'll find a great selection of rare, collectable and desirable vinyl, CDs and music memorabilia spread out over two rooms from our friendly and knowledgeable traders.”
