A SOCIAL club for people in Stourbridge who are divorced, separated or widowed are looking for new members.
Meeting on Wednesday evenings at The Royal British Legion for their weekly disco, Amblecote Phoenix also hold a number of events throughout the year for its members.
The group, which is part of the National Council for Divorced, Separated and Widowed (NCDSW), host live entertainment nights, skittle nights, barn dances and trips away.
Carol Key, group secretary, said: “We are a very friendly club, whose aim is to help people who have been separated, divorced or widowed to meet and make new friends.
“We try to make everyone who visits us most welcome.”
The group hosts their weekly discos at Amblecote British Legion, in School Drive, between 8.30pm and 11.30pm every Wednesday.
