STOURBRIDGE ORCHESTRA
Stourbridge orchestra needs a new leader. We also need some string players. If you used to play why not take it up again? We can help you develop in a friendly atmosphere.
The orchestra meets weekly to rehearse some terrific music, from Beethoven to Bernstein.
We meet at the Unicorn Centre, off Brettel Lane, Amblecote, DY8 4BP, at 7.30pm on Mondays. Contact Mollie on 01384 373111 for more details.
We give three concerts a year, the next one is on Saturday, October 15 at 6.30pm at St James’s church in Wollaston showcasing different sections of the orchestra. The following one is on January 7 at 3pm in the Town Hall, which will be a Viennese style concert in aid of the Mary Stevens Hospice fund and the Stourbridge Rotary charities fund.
