A DERELICT building was gutted in a suspected arson attack in Stourbridge town centre yesterday (Tuesday, March 14).
West Midlands Fire Service crews from Stourbridge and Haden Cross attended the scene near Market Street at about 4pm.
Stourbridge Fire extinguished to blaze using a main jet. The building contained plastics as well as bedding and other fabrics.
The Stourbridge News was told that fortunately two homeless people who are usually living inside were not in the area at the time and no one was injured in the blaze.
