Four years down the line the Kinver Wheels Park is still a great place for youngsters to meet up.

It is free, in the open air and available at all times during daylight hours 24/7.

The skate park (a concrete structure) is well used and the bike track beyond it is worn out due to usage.

Planning permission has been granted to extend and refurbish the old bike track, and after meeting with contractors the project manager is waiting for quotes.

Then we can get on with the task of fundraising to refurbish the bike track.

A group of youngsters (boys and girls complete with scooters) went on the Community Bus to Creation in Moseley in August. They used the go pro camera fixed to their helmets and scooters.

The cost of the trip was covered by our allocated Lottery Funding and all enjoyed a great day out.

The adults who accompanied them were delighted with the behaviour of politeness of the youngsters.

Members of KAG are being organising meetings where the youngsters (who have expressed a wish to be part of the KAG Youth Management Team) can use the IT equipment and tell us about their vision for the Kinver Wheels Park.
