Masked ball raises £1,000 for heart charity

A CHARITY masquerade ball held at Stourbridge Rugby Club has raised more than £1,000 for the British Heart Foundation.

Daniel James and Krista Davies from Kinver organised the Somewhere Past Midnight event held at Stourton Park to pull in cash for the charity which Dan says helped to save his mum’s life.

The event, held on October 30, also featured live music by Kinver band Groucutt and Haynes, a DJ and charity raffle.
