COMPETITION will be fierce as the fruits of hard labour are judged at the 67th Wall Heath annual show.
The event, jointly organised by the village’s Horticultural Guild and Flower Club, will take place on Saturday September 14 at the Community Centre, Enville Road.
Local councillor Dave Tyler will open the show at 2.15pm, which will include an exhibition of floral art from the flower club entitled Autumn Extravaganza.
The show will feature more than 80 competition classes including flowers, fruit and vegetables, cookery, arts and craft and a children’s section.
Winners will be announced at 3.30pm and the show will conclude with a raffle draw and produce auction.
