Gardeners Bob and Bridget Bradley prepare for the 65th Wall Heath annual show
COMPETITORS are hoping their growing ambition will bear fruit at the 65th Wall Heath annual show.
The event, jointly organised by the village’s Horticultural Guild and Flower Club, is set for Saturday September 10 at The Community Centre on Enville Road.
The show will be opened by gardening expert John Massey at 2.15pm and will lnclude an exhibition of floral art from the flower club entitled A Royal Occasion.
The show will feature more than 70 classes of competition including flowers, fruit and vegetables, cookery, arts and craft and a children’s section.
Prizewinners will be announced at 3.30pm and the show will conclude with a raffle draw and produce auction.
