DOZENS of members from a Stourbridge fitness group took their exercising efforts to the extreme recently as they took part in an X Runner obstacle race.
BeechBody Bootcamp had 33 of its members travel to Nottingham on June 20 to run ragged around the 60 obstacle and 10km course.
Jamie Beech, who leads the group’s sessions at Swan Pool Park in Wollaston, said he was “proud” of the “enormous achievement” for his team.
He said: “The 10k event included 60 obstacles ranging from 100m swims, climbs, mud crawls and lengthy runs.
“It was an enormous achievement and proud moment for BeechBody Bootcamp, and me personally, to see our members exert themselves in such an extreme way, train so hard for the event and all 33 complete it.”
