CRAFTS, trails, have-a-go sessions and family entertainment will all be on offer at the Red House Glass Cone’s June craft fayre this weekend.

The Wordsley visitor attraction is running a two-day craft fayre between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7.

As well as stalls, there will be free entertainment from the walkabout entertainer Solo Circus, a specialist in stilt walking and juggling and comedy characters on Saturday and clowns and puppets with Flip, Dippy & Co on Sunday.

There are drop-in have-a-go sessions for all ages with some of the cone’s creative tenants and stalls include decorated keepsake boxes, clocks and silks, jewellery, woodturned pens, cakes, biscuits & sweets and hand-knitted items.

There will also be glassblowing in the hot glass studio from noon until 3.30pm, with many of the onsite artist studios as well as the coffee house open throughout the weekend.

The Red House Glass Cone is open daily between 10am and 4pm, while admission to the cone and the craft fayre is free.
