History talk will reveal more about the 'Great Road' - the A449
BLACK Country raconteur John Sparry will give a talk on 'Ghosts along the Great Road' at the next meeting of Wordsley Townswomen's Guild.
The talk will take place at Wordsley Green Community Centre on Monday May 16 at 10am.
Mr Sparry will reveal people of the past who have, over the years, travelled along the ‘Great Road’ which is the old name for the A449.
Admission is £2.50, which includes refreshments.
