THE annual exhibition of the Brierley Hill Society of Artists kicks off today (Saturday February 3).
Running at the Red House Glass Cone in Wordsley until March 18 - the exhibition features an array of pieces including watercolours, silk prints, oils, pastels, textiles, acrylics and lino prints.
Work includes local and country scenes, portraits, still life and life drawings - and due to the sheer number of paintings this year staff at the cone have had to get more wracking in for the display space.
There are nearly 120 framed prints on display, plus 95 unframed prints and a total of 27 artists represented.
Pieces include local scenes of the cone itself, Clent Hills and Black Country canals plus pictures of locations further afield including Askrigg in North Yorkshire, Whitby and Venice.
Portraits include actor and freeman of the borough Sir Lenny Henry and Tommy Shelby, star of Peaky Blinders.
All work is for sale, with pieces available for £15 upwards.
