VOLUNTEER drivers are needed in Swanley to help elderly people get to their medical appointments.
Swanley Volunteer Bureau is looking for two drivers to transport patients from Crockenhill, South Darenth and Eynsford to Wilmington and Dartford on a weekly basis.
The pick-up time is around 9.30am and the return time is around 3.30pm. Petrol costs will be paid.
Bureau manager Jocelyn Wright said: “Anyone who is elderly and has difficulty getting to doctor appointments, can get a lift through the Volunteer Bureau. We will always try and help.” For more information, call Jocelyn Wright or Pauline Annetts on 01322 669292.
