A 51-YEAR-old man from Hampton Lovett has pleaded guilty to two charges of benefit fraud.
Terence Loveridge, of Doverdale Park Homes, Hampton Lovett, Droitwich, admitted providing dishonest information to claim benefits in an offence dating back to April, 2009, at the start of a trial at Worcester Crown Court.
No evidence was offered against his wife Lisa Loveridge, aged 41, of the same address, on two charges of dishonestly furnishing a document in order to claim benefits and she was found not guilty.
David Iles, prosecuting, told the court the amount totalled £25,000 and it had all been repaid.
A pre-sentence report was ordered and Loveridge is due to return to court for sentencing on August 19.
